As a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Communication at the University of Connecticut, my research centers on interpersonal relationships and communication. My work primarily investigates the bridge between psychological and communication processes by looking at the ways in which various psychological dispositions and identities affect communication. Ultimately, my goal is to develop novel theoretical frameworks that deepen our understanding of how personality shapes communicative behavior, with the broader aim of enhancing how we conceptualize, develop, and sustain healthy relationships.
